ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Corporate Recruiter will work closely with the IDIQ HR Manager in relation to company goals for recruiting and hiring employees throughout the entire company. They will work with cross-functional teams such as Business Operations, IT and Training as well as department supervisors to ensure timely and effective hiring of new employees to meet the standards of each departments' needs for headcount and quality of hire. They will become the first point of contact for future IDIQ employees and must act as an ambassador for IDIQ embodying our culture and vision. Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruiting related records and documentation.Follow set workflows for recruiting. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of all data and personal information of candidates who apply for and are recruited by the company. Conducts or assists with recruiting activities including but limited to: job posting, applicant screening, phone interview and new hire paperwork and background checks. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:Previous experience recruiting in a corporate type environment where highly confidential information is regularly used in the performance of their duties. Other training, education, or certifications related to recruiting and an understanding of human resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Spanish speaking helpful but not required (several bilingual positions at IDIQ)Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.Very people-oriented. Supports a positive working environment.
