To learn more about our flagship service visit our website at IdentityIQ.com.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?:At IDIQ the Human Resources (HR) Generalist is the go-to person for most things that are HR related and employee-related issues. Generally, our HR Manager will be involved in directly managing activities such as employee records management, employee HR relations, benefits management, payroll and basic level employee HR related situations.This position reports to and works closely with the HR Director where they will be involved in the development and management of company human resource policy and procedure. Due to the nature of this position and extreme sensitivity of employee records, the candidates must be highly dependable and able to maintain the strictest confidentiality. Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the following:
    • Employee records.
    • Aspects of the benefits program.
    • Termination process management.
    • Selected HR related reports including analysis and recommendations.
    • Serve as a point person to employee HR related needs such as:
      • HR policy or procedure
      • Aspects of employee benefits.
      • Certain HR employee related issues.
      • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate management.
      • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
      • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits open enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and general culture events.
      • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
      • Payroll Management
      • Leaves of Absence Coordination
      • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.WORK EXERIENCE:
        • 4-6 years of experience as an HR Administrator, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
        • HR training certifications helpfulREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
          • Able to maintain extreme confidentiality about all things HR related.
