Job DescriptionOur CompanyProSites provides digital marketing
technology and services to community-based professionals in
verticals such as the dental, medical, veterinary, accounting, and
legal industries. Across the ProSites, CPA Site Solutions,
PracticeMojo, and LifeLearn brands, we make it easy for these small
businesses to maintain a web presence, attract new customers
through digital marketing channels, and communicate with existing
customers across the web, texting, chat, and email.Job Summary The
Sales Trainer and Course Development Manager to be responsible for
maximizing our sales team effectiveness by determining and solving
training needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive new-hire training program that gives
new sales representatives a strong foundation for success is their
career.
- Perform a needs assessment and evaluation for all existing
training material currently used and update them as needed.
- Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to
sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing
resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with
senior representatives.
- Determine training needs by observing sales encounters;
studying sales results reports; conferring with sales
managers.
- Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure
resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions;
developing outcome improvement resources.
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and
techniques; making support readily available; integrating support
with routine job functions.
- Support training financial objectives by recommending budget
items; controlling costs.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining
personal networks; participating in professional
organizations.
- Accomplish sales training and organization goals by completing
related results as needed.
- Work with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and fellow L&D
teammates to transform expert content into learner-friendly
classroom, online, and/or blended learning solutions.
- Other duties as assigned by managementAbilities:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office and CRM System (salesforce.com)
- In-depth knowledge of the training and sales process and best
practices
- Hands on experience in managing the full training cycle
- Proficiency in learning management systems and software
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact
on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team Player
- Good time-management skills
- Any additional relevant certification and training will be
considered as an advantageKey Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of technology‐based sales experience
- Inside Sales Call center experience
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using SAP Litmos to build courses, assign them to
learners, and actively track results. Benefits:
