**Job Description****CONTINGENT (TEMP) POSITION - Long-term with Paid Holidays**The Recruiter Coordinator will support all aspects of recruitment at our plant in Corona, CA. You will support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in sourcing candidates, conducting HR interviews, facility tours, and arranging for them to meet with a member of production management. In addition, facilitate new employee orientation with hourly employees, answer applicant inquiries and new employee questions, and redirect employees to the HR Manager.The Recruiter Coordinator also supervises all pre-employment clearances and requirements to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.**RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RECRUITING COORDINATOR:**+ Provide administrative & operational support to the senior recruiters throughout recruiting lifecycle including coordinating candidate scheduling (internal and agency), referral program, offer letters, preemployment and onboarding+ Work with agency partners to schedule interviews for contingent and direct hires+ Maintain and update actions in Workday our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as candidates move through the recruiting funnel+ Provide support in sourcing and attracting candidates using different tools (job boards, social media platforms, and existing or new recruiting sources)+ Collect and compile data as requested for appropriate reports and analysis+ Ensure timely completion and processing of new hire tasks and documentation+ Provide coverage for applicant or candidate arrivals at front lobby as needed+ Ensure weekly temporary associates timesheets are collected and process this task in conjunction with the HR Generalist and agency partners+ Support job fairs, employer branding and more+ Other HR / Recruitment duties and projects as assigned and required**Minimum QUALIFICATIONS**+ Associates Degree in Business+ Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources or Recruiting+ Experience in recruiting lifecycle+ Proficient in MS Office Suite**Competencies**+ Previous work or intern experience in Talent Acquisition preferred+ Good communications skills+ Attention to details+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments from multiple clients in a high volume, fast paced environment+ Sound judgement and discretion in managing sensitive or confidential matters+ Team player: willingness to do what it takes and ability to build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, plant leadership team and HR**ABOUT US****Brasscraft Manufacturing Company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality water and gas flow control products, plumbing service, and repair parts, and drain cleaning and plumbing hand tools for the new construction and repair/remodel markets.
