Job Description Job Description Southern California Our client, a well-established Workers' Compensation defense firm in Southern California, is seeking an Associate Attorney to manage an active caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment. Position Overview The Associate Attorney will handle a full caseload of workers' compensation defense matters and represent clients before various WCAB locations throughout Southern California, as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide prompt and professional client responses Comfortable working in a fully paperless environment with strong computer skills Willingness to travel to WCAB offices throughout Southern California when required Writing sample required with application Key Skills & Responsibilities Provide high-quality client service and maintain regular communication Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Independently manage and prioritize an open caseload Utilize electronic document management and case management systems efficiently Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience Health, vision, and dental insurance Competitive bonus program 401(k) retirement plan Long-term disability coverage Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
