IDIQ is growing quickly and expanding our Marketing Team. IDIQ has a fun, fast-paced environment that creates a very rewarding place to work. Reporting to the Creative Director, we are in need of a metrics-driven, goal-oriented, creative Web and Graphic Designer who is fast on their feet and passionate about graphic design along with impacting the bottom line. Duties may include but are not limited to the following: Design for a variety of print and digital deliverables for multiple brands, including marketing collateral-- -such as-- -brochures, flyers, logos, emails and landing pages, banner ads, social media assets and more-- -Implement-- -SEO-- -Help with creating and following branding-- -guidelines-- -Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to in-house design practices and methods, regardless of experience.-- -Ability to-- -brainstorm and-- -problem-- -solve and help with the ideation process-- --- -Ownership of projects from inception to production-- --- -Manage time on projects and meet deadlines-- --- -Communicate-- -effectively-- -with different departments-- -Other duties as assigned-- -

Position Details:-- -This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week). This is a hybrid position working onsite in our Temecula, CA office and at home.-- - Pay:-- -The pay range for this position if the work is performed in California (Colorado, New York City, New York) is a minimum of $65,000 to a maximum of $75,000 based on a full-time schedule.-- - The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.-- --- - Benefits and Perks:-- -IDIQ makes available comprehensive benefits including 100% employee medical options, 50% dental and vision (for employee only, dependent coverage available).
