Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager/Agile SME in
Washington D.C.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational delivery oversight of Salesforce and Microsoft projects
for Homeland Security clients
Management of service delivery in SaaS/PaaS Implementation,
Application/Software Development, and Data Analytics
Develop and maintain relationships with Homeland Security clients,
support sales pipeline development, and technical solution
development
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT delivery, business development, and
proposal development in the Homeland Security market
5+ years of experience managing Salesforce and/or Microsoft
projects in the Federal IT market
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer
Information Systems, or related field
Possess certifications such as PMI PMP, PMI ACP, CSM, or PSM
Deep customer relationships within Homeland Security market,
knowledge of DHS mission requirements and IT buying habits
