Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Lead Agile Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the transition to agile methodologies across
software development teams
Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance agile capabilities and
promote effective collaboration
Help guide the integration of Scrum at Scale or SAFe methodologies
into the software development lifecycle
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum
principles
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP),
or equivalent certifications preferred
Experience in implementing software projects using Scrum at Scale
or SAFe methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field
Advanced degree is a plus
