A company is looking for a Vice President of Software
Engineering, Security and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and champion a comprehensive security and operations
strategy aligned with business objectives
Design and implement scalable security architectures and ensure
compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and lead incident response plans and foster a culture of
shared accountability in security practices
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience leading Security Engineering and IT Operations
teams
Deep knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and
DevSecOps methodologies
Demonstrated success in optimizing operations and responding to
security threats in high-availability environments
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, application security,
and data protection
Able to align diverse teams and influence decision-making across
the organization
