Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Ops Manager to lead the IT
Operations team and ensure seamless technology application and
infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure functional computers and access to business applications for
end users
Oversee team performance, providing guidance and fostering
professional development
Lead IT initiatives and manage vendor relationships while driving
infrastructure improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent
experience)
Several years of experience in IT support and infrastructure
administration
Experience managing an IT Operations team
Extensive experience with Microsoft-based systems, including Active
Directory and Azure AD
Knowledge of SaaS application administration and user
management
