Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Testing Enablement Manager
to empower software delivery teams in quality assurance
practices.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a quality culture within the IT organization by promoting
ownership of code quality
Identify training opportunities and develop educational programs
for quality assurance methodologies
Facilitate tool adoption and manage QA processes to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related
field; or equivalent experience
Testing Certification such as the Certified Tester Foundation Level
(CTFL) from ISTQB
5+ years of experience in software quality testing, including test
automation setup
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and test
automation frameworks
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
