Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Technical Support
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and technical support for merchants
using point of sale (POS) and credit card processing systems
Assist with transaction details, software updates, troubleshooting,
and ordering accessories
Help merchants set up and maintain their payment processing
systems
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the state of Nebraska
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role,
preferably in financial services or technology support
Understanding of basic financial transaction processing and
payments
Knowledge of computers, internet navigation, and web
applications
Quiet and secure home working environment free from
distractions
