WHEN & WHERE YOU'LL WORK:
Remote or Hybrid: This role can be done remotely anywhere within
the U.S. or on a hybrid schedule at our corporate headquarters in
Del Mar, CA. We'll provide equipment, including a laptop, to
support your success in this role, whether working remotely or in
the office.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Join our team as a Sr Systems Engineer I (Mobile) and play a key
role in shaping the future of our innovative pump technology.
You'll work cross-functionally to enhance the definition, design,
and development of Tandem's products, specifically our mobile
applications.
This position will focus on designing end-to-end solutions to
enable clinical and non-clinical customer workflows and user
experience across the product lifecycle for upcoming mobile
applications by working with a broad spectrum of internal and
external stakeholders. The Sr. Systems Engineer I will also define
and/or supervise the development of system level requirements,
interface definitions, and subsystem design under the guidance of
the systems engineering team's leadership.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting base pay range for this position is $95,800 - $119,800
annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge,
skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's
location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay,
Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes
bonus and a robust benefits package.
Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical, dental, vision
available your first day, as well as health savings accounts and
flexible saving accounts. You'll also receive 11 paid holidays per
year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (with accrual starting
on day 1) and you will have access to a 401k plan with company

YOU SHOULD KNOW:
