Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their Legal
team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to provide legal support across
business functions
Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements, including
contracts with clients and vendors
Assist in improving legal processes and systems, and support
compliance efforts in various regulatory matters
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in good
standing
Relevant legal experience, preferably a mix of law firm and
in-house experience
Proven ability to manage legal processes independently and
collaboratively
Experience in improving legal operations or implementing new
systems is a plus
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
