Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Defense Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and litigate property damage claims, including first-party
property claims and bad faith litigation
Represent the company in all phases of litigation and provide
expert legal advice to internal teams
Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations, arbitrations,
and settlement conferences
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Texas Bar and good standing
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing
on automobile accidents
