Job Description Job Description A growing seating and furniture manufacturing company in Fullerton is seeking a reliable Upholstery Associate to join its production team. This role involves assembling, upholstering, and finishing seating products while maintaining quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Upholster chairs and seating components using fabric, vinyl, or leather materials Measure, cut, stretch, and staple materials to frames and cushions Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Use hand tools, staple guns, scissors, and pneumatic tools safely Assist with foam installation, padding, and final assembly as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures Qualifications: Previous upholstery, furniture assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Work Environment: Production/manufacturing setting Repetitive hand work and use of tools Fast-paced environment with daily production goals Additional Requirements: Employment authorization required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish preferred Company Description Equal Opportunity Employer: Partners Personnel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
