Apply now!Job Summary:Primary responsibility management of Operations Support Desk. Develop good working relationships with the staff assigned to the team as well as companywide operations staff. The duties for Operations Support Lead include, but are not limited to, those described below.Essential Job Functions:

• Organization: Develops and implements strategies, satisfying customer needs through a full array of products and services.
• Coordination: Utilizes judgment and discretion to ensure uninterrupted flow of business.
• Communication: Communicates well verbally and in writing with co-workers and customers acting as liaison between customer and Company's internal departments to ensure cohesive business flow.
• Equipment: Uses such office equipment as computer terminals, copiers and FAX machines.
• Physical: Sits and stands for extended time periods. Hearing and vision within normal ranges.Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professional and exceptional customer support.
  • Ensure proficient training and support given to Operations Support team members.
  • Review, identify, resolve tickets and take corrective action to facilitate quick quality resolution.
  • Informing management on trending / system issues to prevent further issues companywide.
  • Performs a variety of tasks maintaining familiarity with operations concepts, practices, and procedures within various departments.
  • Support operations in all aspects, but not limited to, compliance through loan closing.Qualifications:
    • One to three years of mortgage lending related experience.
    • Experience in general management practices.Skills:
      • Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
      • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
      • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
      • Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.Education:
