Description:Handles telephone calls, emails and faxes from distributors and sales representatives regarding questions about shipments, orders received Works with marking team to facilitate orders and determines order status Communicates with outside freights carriers regarding POS freight shipments Ensures accuracy of data entered and generated as a result of the above functions Assists internal and outside sales with POS needsWorks on special projects Directs and leads the customer service teamAttention to detail Accuracy for dataSolid communication skills commitment to providing customer service to all clients professional telephone and email mannersExcel knowledge, ability to process 35-40 WPM multi task, fast paced environmentSkills:order entry, Data entry, Customer service, Clerical, Microsoft office, Customer service oriented, Service, order processing, sap, email, administrative skills, vendor relations, vendor management, workflow management, reportingTop Skills Details:Customer Service Vendor Relations Workflow ManagementAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must be able to work from 5-6 am start time as this role supports east coast sales team. Oversees 200+ SKU's This person's role is to delegate and focus more on the workflow management rather than the order processing. The 2-4 people they'd oversee they are going to manage and delegate tasks, help with more escalated accounts or things that didn't get handle din 24 hours.
