DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking to fill
multiple Training Analyst/Facilitator II positions to support
Program Management Air (PMA) 263 Small Unmanned Aircraft System
(SUAS) program. The purpose of this PWS is to provide support
deliverables for Group 1 and Group 2 SUAS through the application
of knowledge and resources in achieving PMA-263, Group 1 and 2 SUAS
Integrated Program Team (IPT), mission requirements. This effort
will include logistics support, supply chain management, and
engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation;
acquisition and strategic planning; and education and training for
both Marine Corps and Navy units.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
Instructing and certifying operators, SUAS unit instructors,
SUAS unit evaluators, and SUAS program managers.
Develop training to educate individual users and units on latest
operational procedures for SUAS.
Will report on schedules, training status, number of students
trained in each class, and after instruction reports.
Identify deficiencies and their impacts in courses.
Recommend focused, cost-effective improvements for the
Instruct classes including Fixed Wind, SUAS Program Manager,
SUAS Evaluator, and Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Possess strong listening, written and oral communication
Must be able to communicate effectively, write clearly, be
detail oriented, and handle fast paced environment.
Must be able to manage a class size of up to twenty.
Must be able to work with other instructors during training
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Minimum 3 years of experience, with the last experience being
within the last year, in instructing and certifying operators, UAS
unit instructors, UAS unit evaluators, and UAS unit program
managers in accordance with the Group 1 UAS Training and Readiness
Manual, Navy Marine Corps (NAVMC) 3500.1079 (series) for all
operating SUAS or similar training.
High School Diploma/GED Required.
