clerk duties include AP and AR data entry, assistance with month
end closing, account reconciliations, filing and various office and
accounting projects as needed.
- Daily input of payable invoices,
including PO/receiver reconciliation
Match vendor payments
Daily input of cash
receipts and preparation of daily reconciliation
Transmission of daily
credit card purchases
Assistance with month
- Assist with quarterly physical
functions including posting mail, filing etc.

- Education: High School diploma
and/or accounting related college courses
3-5 years accounting
Ability to read,
write, speak, and understand the English language. The ability to
write routine reports and correspondence when required.
Knowledge of basic
math skills, including arithmetic and algebra.
Ability to apply
common sense understanding, objectivity, compassion, and patience
to deal with multiple personality types and characteristics
(internally & externally). Ability to deal with problems involving
several concrete variables in standardized situations. Attention to
detail and the ability to multitask is an asset.
