Job Description:

Supplement manufacturing warehouse is looking for a Liquid Compounding operator who will be helping with the day to day operations. in this position you will be working closely with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet all quality specifications per batch record. They will be responsible for following the batch records accordingly, making all the proper tank transfer connections and navigate the HMI. Great for someone who is looking for long term work. Temp to hire after 3-4 months. Job Requirements:DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:? Inspect sanitation of the Liquid Blending Room and all equipment with Quality Assurance? Assist Quality Assurance in the release of the blending room and products.? Perform area clearance for removal of previous products, foreign materials and assist with approval ofwork area readiness prior to use? Monitor all aspects of the manufacturing operations and conduct routine ---walk-through--- in themanufacturing areas and other specified to ensure that good housekeeping practices, good hygienepractices which could affect the safety and quality of the manufactured products, are followed? Enforce compliance and application of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and GoodDocumentation Practices (GDP)? Maintain logs and forms in real time completion? Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are being followed? Comply with the proper usage of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE)? Always maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in good conditions? Participate in daily manufacturing meeting? Verify schedule batches match formulas provided and all raw materials that consist with formula? Ability to follow step by step formula instructions? Must be able to navigate the HMI screens in the Liquid Compounding area? Able to verify that all and equipment placards are posted and correctly identified? Able to connect transfer hoses to proper jumpers? Ability to operate the Pasteurizer and Homogenizer with assistance? Able to troubleshoot Pasteurizer and Homogenizer with assistance? Able to perform Clean In Place (CIP) and Clean Out of Place (COP) on designated equipment? Able to transfer blends from batch tanks to holding tanks? Ability to operate the Pasteurizer and Homogenizer with assistance? Maintain good communication with Quality Assurance (QA) during the blending process Keep aligned communication with all departments as necessary? Able to create and submit workorders to specific issues throughout the line? Responsible for reporting equipment problems to Lead and/or Supervisor? Maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift by properly disposing of trash and recyclables? Must be able to work unsupervised? Provide on the job training for employees? Responsible for reporting unauthorized persons on site to their Supervisor and/or Manager who willaddress the situation accordingly? Responsible for reporting food safety issues to Lead and/or Supervisor? Perform other duties as directed by Liquid Compound Lead and/or Liquid Compounding SupervisorREQUIRED EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred? A minimum of 3 years of Liquid Compound experience? Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal? Problem solving skills utilizing basic math and time management? Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment? Forklift experience? Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsOTHER REQUIREMENTS:? Must be able to work overtime and weekends? Regular attendance is required? Frequently standing and walking in the Liquid Blending area? Frequently lifting 50lbs and carrying 35lbs? Occasionally work at and/or above shoulder level, reaching with hands and arms for grasping
