Center Representative -in Corona, CA. This is a direct hire

Shifts: Mon - Sun -(Overtime as needed)
Multiple shifts available!
2am, 3am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm,
Every 5 weeks the days of your schedule will change. Meaning you
might have a different two days off. But your start time will stay
Regardless of the schedule, you have to commit to a 4 week paid
training from Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, 6:30am-3:00pm, and
Your day to day job tasks include:
Answer calls resulting from an alarm alert.
Work with local agencies such as fire departments and police
departments to dispatch officers.
Provide excellent customer service on every call.
Maintain -a calm demeanor in times of stress.
Recent 6 months experience in customer service related field.
