  • Assisting customers in booking real time appointments, and properly monitoring installer compliance with availability standards is what is needed to properly service, measure and install customers' order
  • Take ownership and lead of issue resolution by marshaling all stakeholder resources into seamless, high-performance issue resolution teams on behalf of our customer.
  • Make the resolution process effortless for the customer or installer by owning all stakeholder coordination, while providing a one-to-one, end-to-end service relationship, until the issue has been fully resolved. Customer liaison and customer management.
  • Respond and address installer concerns across multiple communication channels.
  • Manage the installers experience seamlessly, no matter which methods of communication they employ to bring matters of concern to our attention.
  • Effectively use email to summarize and capture verbal conversations to build confidence
  • Answer and return customer calls and other contact methods promptly.Preferred Experience
    • Home Improvement, renovation, remodel coordination
    • create and interpret analysis reports using Microsoft Office
    • Possess advanced customer service skills - maintains composure, and provides excellent customer service in demanding environments (irate callers, high call volume, etc.)
    • Are great with time management skills, problem solver, with the ability to multi-tasking between multiple facets of the business
    • Team Orientated - able to work in group atmospheres and contribute positivelyQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
      • English Language: Read, Write, & Speak
      • Level of Education: HS Diploma
      • Minimum Years of Experience: 1-year Installer Management/Coordination
      • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
