" Office Location (if remote, please provide the KP Site address): 1830 California Ave Corona, CA
" Any Travel for this role?: No
" Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, KP Onsite): Primarily remote with some office work needed
" If Remote: Will the worker need to be Remote local to the office or Remote anywhere in the US: Only where KP allows business and on PST
" If Onsite (please note if the worker is onsite, they must be vaccinated before starting the role): As needed for meetings

" Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: BA or equivalent timekeeping experience. Entry level must have Timekeeping experience and preferably Hospital experience
" How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 3-5 years would be ideal
" Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Timekeeping, payroll, Labor Contracts. Customer service, computer knowledge, call center, etc

National Timekeeping department's function and purpose:
The National Timekeeping Department provides Timekeeping, Pay Practice and Labor Contract support for all regions utilizing the KP TIME system and Oracle Time & Labor to ensure employees are paid accurately and timely. Works closely with cross functional partners including HR, Labor, Payroll and Regional Leaders in the implementation of new pay practices or timekeeping system enhancements.

Overall responsibilities and functions:
Works with Managers, Supervisors, Timekeepers and others in KP Regions and National Functions who use KP TIME and Oracle Time & Labor; with Human Resource and payroll systems to ensure accurate reporting of time and attendance every pay period. Monitors access levels for KP TIME users to ensure compliance with timekeeping guidelines set forth in the National TIME Keeping Policy. Provides Manager and Timekeeper training, conducts audits of TIME System and supports testing for system fixes and enhancements.
Creates, reviews and resolves missing pay inquiries, assists managers with understanding timecard calculations, pay rules and system navigation questions to result in training to managers and accurate pay to employees. Process Timekeeping cases/inquiries timely to meet departmental SLA and Quality targets.

How work is sourced:
Work is assigned from within the department. The work is received through several channels including Salesforce for case processing of National Timekeeping Forms and Direct Access Inquiries, calls from managers, supervisors and timekeepers through the Automated Call Distribution System, data reports of employee HR updates/interfaces. Work is distributed daily to the team and is prioritized based on volume of incoming work and SLA targets. Work is reviewed/audited by the Leads in the department for accuracy and quality.
