team and perform quality work on the production line to build

ROOFING PRODUCTION WORKERAs a Production Worker, you come to work

team. Every member of our production team is a key contributor to
the process of making manufactured housing by focusing on
maintaining the highest quality, safe work behaviors, solid
teamwork, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing
processes. Because of your constant, clear communication, your team
is able to achieve group goals. By accurately reading a tape
measure, blueprints, and orders, you are able to safely and
expertly use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools to perform
quality work.You keep your work area clean and well-maintained so
that when there is a problem, you can easily report equipment
faults to the maintenance staff. You love that you get to perform a
wide range of duties throughout your day and never fail to keep
quality and safety in mind. Every day is an adventure because no
two days are the same in this exciting, fast-paced manufacturing
setting.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent OR at least
six months of related experience/trainingAbility to read a tape
measureAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up
to 50 lbs.Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is
