Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Support delivery of SaaS implementations and professional services
engagements
Collaborate across various teams to enhance the platform based on
customer feedback
Engage with customers, conduct trainings, and facilitate meetings
to support change management
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier college/university
2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, healthcare
analytics/technology, or SaaS
2+ years of healthcare provider, payer, and/or life sciences
experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and
SQL
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and ability to manage
multiple responsibilities
