Job Description:
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) in New York for a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide training, assessment, and supervision to behavior
technicians
Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children and
adolescents with autism
Conduct initial and annual assessments, develop individualized
behavior and services plans, and provide parent/caregiver
training
Qualifications:
Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior
Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Special Education or related human services
field
Ability to work with diverse populations and exercise
confidentiality and discretion
Located in New York with BCBA Licensure
Must possess good judgment and decision-making skills
