Job Description:

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:

Review patient information to ensure insurance coverage is active and contact health insurance companies for verification
Obtain pre-certification from third-party payers before scheduled procedures and services
Document and maintain accurate registration and benefits information for patients

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Less than 1 year of related experience
Completion of Talent Bullseye assessment
Medical terminology knowledge preferred
Basic computer knowledge required
