Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Outreach Specialist to
connect with Medicare beneficiaries and help them schedule
appointments with licensed Medicare agents.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to educate beneficiaries about available
Medicare benefits and schedule appointments
Maintain high productivity and energy levels while engaging with
beneficiaries over the phone
Track daily tasks related to call follow-ups and appointment
scheduling, attending team meetings as required
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in Medicare telesales,
telemarketing, or customer service in a call center
Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other
languages
Proven ability to meet quotas in a telesales or call center
role
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency in
Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
