Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Workers
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims to
determine benefits due
Negotiate settlements and manage claims through action plans to
timely resolution
Calculate and assign reserves, manage litigation processes, and
ensure proper documentation of claims
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
NV resident and adjuster license required
Over five years of experience with NV Worker's Compensation
claims
Five years of claims management experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Subject matter expertise in insurance principles and laws relevant
to workers' compensation
