A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant, Retail.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Loan Officer in gathering documents and evaluating income
and assets
Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documentation and assist
with e-signing processes
Collaborate with loan processors and underwriters to achieve final
loan approval
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Administrative Support, Mortgage, or a
similar field
High school diploma required
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage
industry
Entry level knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance
obligations
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products
