Key Responsibilities
Address non-technical customer inquiries and service contract
issues while adhering to established guidelines
Review and improve non-technical customer service processes to
enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer issues
and ensure comprehensive documentation of all interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of related experience in customer service
Experience in a call center or similar customer service role
Familiarity with Microsoft-based programs
