Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Compliance Lead in
Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Establish global compliance as a function within the market
Serve as the DRI for end-to-end compliance for the country's
payroll product
Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering to translate
compliance requirements into technical software requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Compliance function; 10+ years of
experience in Payroll
Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders
simultaneously
Preferred: CPA or country-equivalent credential
