Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Support utilization management processes, including insurance
authorizations and denial tracking
Assist with staff scheduling and productivity reporting
Provide clerical services and communication with patients and
third-party payers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital, healthcare, or
third-party payer environment
Knowledge of EPIC EMR and medical terminology preferred
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
