Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage real estate closings and ensure compliance with closing
instructions
Prepare and review necessary closing documents and ensure accuracy
of financial transactions
Act as a liaison between attorneys and lenders, handling
post-closing items as needed
Required Qualifications
1 to 3+ years of title insurance experience, particularly with
Closing Disclosures and HUD-1 Settlement Statements
Strong numerical proficiency and ability to balance financial
statements
Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking
skills
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation
