Job Description:

A company is looking for a Power Platform and SharePoint Development Team Lead to oversee the development and management of Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Power Platform and SharePoint developers, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality standards
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Power Platform and SharePoint solutions aligned with business objectives
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and solutions, ensuring compliance with governance policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
7+ years of experience in developing and managing SharePoint and/or Power Platform solutions
3+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams and delivering complex projects
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration
Proficiency in related technologies such as Azure, Microsoft Teams, and Dataverse
