Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Services Specialist (Call
Center- REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound service center calls to answer banking-related
questions and resolve customer issues
Engage in ongoing training and skill development through various
learning methods
Meet performance metrics related to call quality, talk time, and
cross-selling products
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service or similar work experience
Knowledge of basic banking products such as checking and credit
card accounts
Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client
information
Basic understanding of privacy regulations and customer
authentication needs
