A company is looking for a Virtual Pharmaceutical Support
Specialist - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and system
documentation
Assist customers with placing orders and provide shipping
updates
Identify and escalate priority issues while maintaining accurate
records
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
1+ years of previous telephone customer service experience
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Efficient computer and data entry skills
Drive for self-development and collaboration
