Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist to provide
exceptional support to members regarding estate planning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to members via live chat, email, and
phone calls
Communicate effectively to answer questions about products,
services, and estate planning
Resolve customer complaints and handle user issues directly
Required Qualifications
Experience in delivering consumer experiences and resolving
customer issues
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced
environment
Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk and
G-Suite
Ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours for 40 hours per
week
Willingness to occasionally work weekend hours
