Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning & Development
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and implement training for Multifamily teams and
initiatives
Develop and enhance eLearning courses and virtual instructor-led
training
Conduct needs analysis to identify new training content and update
existing materials
Required Qualifications
Experience in Multifamily Property Management systems (e.g.,
Multifamily Yardi, The RealPage Suite, Yardi Affordable)
Knowledge of Affordable Housing programs and Affordable Ledgers
Experience in developing training materials and eLearning
courses
Ability to collaborate with project teams on training
initiatives
Experience in conducting training needs analysis
