A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and address employee
training needs
Design and develop learning solutions using adult learning
principles and instructional design best practices
Manage projects through the development cycle while gathering and
analyzing feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related
field
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,
Learning Sciences, or a relevant field
Proficiency in graphic design and e-learning development
software
Experience with technical or engineering content is a plus
