Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer (P4) to join
their Marketplace team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to launch, delivering
high-quality wireframes and prototypes
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to frame problems and
shape product direction
Leverage data and user insights to inform design decisions and
improve workflows
Required Qualifications
Proven experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in
relevant environments
Strong experimentation mindset with experience in A/B testing and
user research
A compelling portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
across web and mobile
Mastery of design tools like Figma and experience with AI
prototyping tools
Familiarity with designing for AI-powered experiences and
collaboration with ML/AI teams
