Job Description:
Fred Finch CARES is looking for passionate professionals to join
our growing treatment team as Behavior Technicians/Registered
Behavior Technicians in Riverside County.Fred Finch CARES provides
comprehensive, innovative, effective services supporting children,
youth, young adults, and families living with autism,
neurodevelopmental disorders, mental health concerns, and histories
of significant trauma and loss. Utilizing research-based
interventions and best practices, our programs are individualized
to meet the specific needs of each child, youth, and family.Our

Delivering high quality in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
services in home, community, and school settings - Attending
regular staff training and staff development programs - Meeting

CARES is looking for: - High School Diploma/GED - Experience
working with children and families - Motivation to continue
learning and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
(ABA). - High ethical standards - Promote positive morale and team
cohesion - Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to
maintain records, and work independently - Communicate clearly and
effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers,
supervisors, and youths - CA driver's license (or ability to obtain
