Omni-Channel Associate Duties:

• Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks in the store including Ship-from-Store (SFS) and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes
• Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing the SFS pick & pack & ship process
• Assist in the completion of incoming BOPIS orders including picking, pack-checking, and prepping orders for hold bins
• Support the Customer Pickup Process of BOPIS orders by retrieving orders from the stockroom and providing to the Head Coach in a timely manner
• Assist in the BOPIS aged order review by reviewing orders, changing order status in the system and returning product to the sales floor if necessary
• Assist in completing daily UPS Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control standards
• Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively

  Success Profile:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of Retail Experience
  • Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively
