Primarily responsible for supporting and training Physicians, Physician Office Staff and vendors.Will provide problem tracking, resolution of ongoing enhancement requests, and participates in system upgrade testing. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders in workflow redesign, change management and new hire education to facility employees and on boarding physicians. QualificationsExperience/Training/Experience:Associate's degree from an accredited College or University or Trade School Certificate in related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred. Five (5) to Seven (7) years of technical experience in healthcare required, acute care experience preferred.Three (3) to Five (5) years of clinical experience in preferred, acute care experience preferred.Certifications/Licenses:Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certificate in the State of California preferred.Must have valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.Job requires travel between facilities on a daily basis. Other Skills and Abilities:Demonstrates knowledge and ensures compliance with The Joint Commission and Title 22 standards and guidelines. Demonstrates compliance with hospital policies and procedures at all times.Ability to set priorities and appropriately organize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner.Demonstrates ability to relate to clinical personnel and medical staff, as well as ability to interact well with the public.Must have knowledge of PC and applications. Demonstrates knowledge of the following computer applications:Microsoft Windows EnvironmentsCitrix PlatformsRemote AccessCerner EHRFaxing / Digital Faxing / RightfaxInternet Browsers, Applications and settings (I.E., Firefox, Chrome, and WebEx)HIPAA / PHI / EPHIGE PACS Radiology systemsThe Technical Analyst will have a background in Clinical Information Technologies with an emphasis in Healthcare.
