Job Description:

KPG is hiring for a leading global distributor and manufacturer of products for the office equipment industry, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, performance driven Warehouse Operations Manager to direct and improve our shipping, receiving, warehousing and distribution services.
[DIRECT HIRE]
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Develop warehouse operations improvements by analyzing process work flow, staff allocation, space and equipment
-- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
-- Collaborate with various leaders in the company to meet warehouse operations objectives by planning and completing action plans to improve productivity, quality and customer service standards
-- Produce and analyze reports on daily, weekly and monthly bases to ensure goals are met
-- Maintain standards of health, safety and security
-- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
REQUIREMENTS
-- Five plus years of demonstrated leadership, project management and supervisory experience in distribution
-- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
-- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
-- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, technology and equipment.
-- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
-- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
