Job Description:

Seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist in Milford, Delaware, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (external applicants) and relocation assistance. Open to new graduates based on educational experience. Provide evaluation, treatment, and education for patients aged birth to 18 with various diagnoses, including post-op, sports injuries, and neurodevelopmental disorders, in a multidisciplinary clinic. Collaborate with medical teams, document care, and participate in departmental education. Proficiency in pediatric, adolescent, and adult care required; recognizing limitations and seeking mentorship when needed. Maintain timely documentation, attend interdisciplinary meetings, and coordinate with families and outside agencies. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3-6 months experience, Delaware license, and dual licensure with Maryland within two weeks.
