Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support
business strategy through analytics and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business needs through technical knowledge of CRM
administration and system integration
Oversee Pavilion Connections and manage referral rewards for
members
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business problems and
implement solutions
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue
operations, or business operations
Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience in
reporting and process optimization
Advanced Excel skills and strong quantitative capabilities
Preferred experience with Make.com, Zapier, and Clay
Self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges in a
remote environment
