Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementations Consultant to
enhance customer experiences during the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the buildout of processes and templates for implementation
efforts with medium to large Enterprise customers
Manage the customer lifecycle and implementation project from deal
close to onboarding readiness
Establish and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring
successful project execution and go-live readiness
Required Qualifications
Minimum five years of professional experience, including three
years in software implementation, preferably with ERP systems
Bachelor's degree
Experience in managing complex projects with multiple
stakeholders
Experience in requirements gathering and work organization
PMP certification is a plus
