A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst / Contract
Admin.
Key Responsibilities
Support deal flow and execution by collaborating with commercial
counsel and sales staff
Manage programs and recommend process changes effectively
Utilize Ironclad to build workflows and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with Ironclad
Familiarity with reviewing NDAs and light commercial agreements
Experience in program management
Ability to provide general support for various legal functions
